The repetitive processes eating hours out of the week
We don't sell 'automation' as an abstract concept. We automate concrete processes: automatically generating the invoice and AWB for every new order, syncing stock between the website and marketplaces, or transferring data between the ERP and sales systems. Simple RPA automations (data extraction, form filling) are part of many of these integrations, alongside direct ERP connections.
Connection with ANAF's e-Factura
The invoice is generated and submitted automatically when the order is created, with no manual intervention.
Automatic generation on order
Courier integration (Sameday, FAN Courier, Cargus, DPD) — the AWB creates itself.
One stock, multiple channels
Site + marketplace (eMAG via EasySales) updated simultaneously, no discrepancies.
When you already have SAP or SAGA
Many companies already have an ERP (SAP) or an accounting system (SAGA) that holds valuable but siloed data. We build bridges to these systems — extracting, transforming and syncing data without rewriting the existing ERP. RPA automation on top of an existing ERP can remove the manual copy-paste steps between SAP or SAGA and the rest of the company’s systems. ERP integration, in the classic sense, means syncing data between systems — stock, invoices, shipping waybills — with no automated decision; once an agent shows up that chooses what to do with the exceptions, the conversation moves into AI engineering territory. For integrations that end up using AI too, not just classic syncing, we explain separately when the most advanced AI model available is actually worth it, compared with a cheaper option.
- 01SAP integration on production and planning workflows, without touching the ERP's core.
- 02SAGA automations connected to your existing accounting data, for reports and checks.
- 03Proprietary systems if you have an old in-house system, we first assess what API or export it has available.
Where are you losing time on duplicate work?

A store with automatically synced stock
When replatforming an online store, we fully automated the flow: every order generates an invoice with e-Factura integration, the courier's AWB is created automatically, and stock stays synced 1:1 with the real inventory — verified through an audit that reconciled over 1,600 products with zero discrepancies left.

We don't automate blindly
The first stage is a map of the current process: which systems exist, which data flows where, and where human errors happen. We automate what has real impact, not everything that's theoretically possible. We don't recommend business process automation just because it's technically possible — we do it where the volume of manual work justifies the investment.
Fewer hours of manual work, fewer errors
The goal isn't 'AI everywhere' — it's removing the manual step where it costs time and causes mistakes (double data entry, a forgotten AWB, stock discrepancies).
A fixed price, after a short discovery call.
- narrow scope, fast delivery
- testing on real orders
- workflow documentation
- multi-system integration
- monitoring at launch
- support for sync errors
- extended technical discovery
- no changes to the existing ERP
- testing on real data
Every project has a different context, workflows and infrastructure, so the price is set after a short, paid discovery and does not change along the way.
Frequently asked questions
What exactly does 'process automation' mean?
Eliminating repetitive manual steps between systems — for example, automatically generating an invoice and a shipping label when a new order comes in, instead of someone doing that by hand for every order. Source: editorial
Can you integrate with SAP without modifying our existing system?
Yes — we typically work with the ERP's available APIs or exports, without touching the core of your existing system. Source: editorial
Is RPA automation different from an API integration?
Yes. RPA simulates user actions on an interface (useful when there's no API), while an API integration connects systems directly. We pick the right approach once we see what your systems offer. Source: editorial
How long does a simple automation take?
A single, well-defined automation (e.g. automatic shipping labels) can be ready in 1-2 weeks. Full order-to-delivery workflows take longer, scaling with the number of systems involved. Source: editorial
What happens if the old system has no API?
We evaluate alternatives — scheduled data export, RPA (interface simulation), or a custom connector, depending on what the system offers. Source: editorial
Does automation replace an employee?
Usually not — it eliminates the repetitive manual step, not the human decision or oversight on complex cases. Source: editorial
What is the difference between classic ERP integration and the AI-ERP integration on the AI engineering page?
Classic integration syncs data automatically, with no decision-making: stock, invoices, shipping waybills. AI integration with the ERP adds an agent that reads the data and proposes or makes decisions on variable cases — the two can be combined, but they start from different points in discovery.
What do AI integration and automation mean for a company?
Connecting the systems the company already uses, such as the ERP, invoicing, couriers or the online store, so data flows between them on its own, while AI takes over the steps that need interpretation, like reading a document. The result is less duplicate manual work and fewer copying errors.
