Context, problem, build, change, stack
Every case study follows the same structure: the context, the problem, what we did, how we did it, what changed and what we learned. Filter by category.
The case studies, by category.
It deliberately covers different types of projects — we don't want to show only the 'type' of project that suits us, but the real diversity of the work. For the full context of the offering, see all AI Engineering services.

Made-up figures or percentages with no source
If a project is still ongoing or we do not have verified impact data, we say so directly — we do not fill the gap with a percentage that sounds good. For the pricing figures mentioned in some projects, the real pricing benchmarks from these projects are centralized separately, by service type.
Some details stay under NDA
For projects with confidentiality clauses, we describe the work and the process without exposing the client's sensitive data (internal financial figures, business strategies).
Let's see what fits your situation
Every context is different — a discovery call clarifies whether the approach from a case study applies to you too. The Niche Society's portfolio stays partly under NDA — a discovery call clarifies whether the approach from a case study applies to you too.
How we decide which case study to publish
We don't publish a case study just because it looks good — we publish it if it can tell something useful to someone weighing a similar decision, even when the project is still in progress.
For projects under NDA, we ask for the client's approval before publishing and describe the work without exposing internal financial figures or sensitive business strategies.
What happens after you read a case study
If a case study resembles your situation, the fastest next step is a discovery call, not a direct quote request — your context can change the approach.
Not every real project becomes a public case study — many stay only in discovery conversations, as an example discussed verbally, not a published page.
Frequently asked questions
Are all the projects in the case studies finished?
Not all — some (e.g. RSM Romania) are still in the discovery/pilot stage. We'd rather say that clearly than present an unfinished project as a complete success. Source: editorial
Why don't growth figures (%) appear in the case studies?
Because we don't always have independently verified impact data. Where we have concrete facts (the number of SKUs migrated, the number of live platforms), we show them; where we don't, we describe the change qualitatively. Source: editorial
Can I see projects that aren't published as case studies?
Many projects are under NDA and can't be shown publicly. We discuss relevant examples confidentially, during the discovery conversation. Source: editorial
How do I pick which case study is relevant to my situation?
Filter by project type (software, ecommerce, AI, community platform) using the selector above, or just tell us directly in discovery what interests you. Source: editorial
Do you have case studies for smaller projects too?
Yes, though not all of them have a dedicated page — smaller examples (NFC cards, simple websites) are discussed directly during the discovery process. Source: editorial
Do clients know they appear (even anonymized) in the case studies?
Yes — we only publish what we've explicitly agreed with each client, respecting existing confidentiality clauses. Source: editorial
Let's see what can be automated in your business.
A free 30-minute session: we'll tell you what can be automated, how long it takes and what it costs, with a fixed price after discovery.
