How we work.
Every project starts with a free discussion, followed by a short, paid discovery phase. The proposal has a fixed price for a defined scope; scope changes are agreed in writing before they're carried out. The code and infrastructure delivered are handed over to the client as set out in the contract.

Limitation of liability.
We're not liable for indirect losses resulting from the use of information on this site. For contracted services, liability is as set out in the contract and under applicable Romanian law.

No. The contract is the document signed by both parties; the website only describes how we work.
Who owns the delivered code?
The client, after payment in full, as set out in the contract; we retain the right to reuse generic components that contain no client data.
