Digital restaurant menu means a QR code on the table that opens directly in the browser a photorealistic 3D dish, at real scale, through the phone's camera. **Plus a complete nutritional profile**, which also covers a legal obligation for the restaurant.

## No app, no account, straight in the browser

The customer scans the QR code on the table, and the menu opens instantly in their phone's browser. They pick a dish and, through the phone's camera, see it in photorealistic 3D, at real scale, sitting on their own table — they can walk around the plate before ordering.

Tehnic, folosim `<model-viewer>`, which detects the platform on its own: on Android it opens the model in Scene Viewer, on iOS in AR Quick Look — both native to the operating system, so the „no app” promise is real, not marketing. A 3D restaurant menu means a photorealistic 3D model file of the dish, rendered directly in the browser through the client’s phone, at true scale — no app to install, no account to create.

## Photogrammetry on the real dish

Every dish is captured through photogrammetry — 60–100 photos taken around the real plate, processed into a faithful 3D model. These are not generic renders — it is the exact dish the kitchen serves. Digital menu vs. 3D menu, two different categories, explains at length where a classic QR menu ends and where a 3D menu begins. **60-100 photos per dish**
Photogrammetry on the real plate, not a generic model from a library.

**For every dish on the menu**
Macros + micronutrients + allergens — not just for the ones scanned in 3D.

**Mandatory allergen info, handled**
EU Reg. 1169/2011 requires displaying allergens — that moves the conversation from 'gadget' to necessary infrastructure.

## Not just a 3D menu — a complete menu

A 3D menu on its own is easy to copy and already exists as an off-the-shelf product in Europe (SaaS tools for a few dozen euros/month). Our difference is the nutritional profile on top of every dish, which shifts the conversation from 'nice gadget' to mandatory infrastructure for the restaurant. ## One-time price, not a subscription — our deliberate decision

Hosting and maintenance included for 12 months; after the first year, either extend or do a full export with no exit costs.

We explicitly chose not to turn this into a monthly subscription — a simple one-time sale, so the client doesn't get a monthly reason to reconsider. The mandatory step before a fixed price is an hour with the chef, so we don't underestimate the real number of dishes.

## The card that goes straight to the review form

A card with an NFC chip + a printed QR code, programmed with the venue's Google review link. The customer taps their phone on the card and the review form pops up directly — no searching, no app. It goes in the check presenter or at the front desk.

Printed in the venue's own identity (not a generic black card), programmed and tested by us, with usage stats (how many scans, on which card, on what day). Important: we don't build sentiment filtering — every customer is routed down the same path, because Google has been actively penalizing the 'gating' practice since April 2026.

## A fixed price, after a short discovery call.

- hosting + maintenance, 12 months included
- no monthly subscription
- personalized design
- usage statistics
- no review gating — per Google's policy
- package discount
- coordinated implementation
- a single point of contact team
Every project has a different context, workflows and infrastructure, so the price is set after a short, paid discovery and does not change along the way.

## Frequently asked questions

### Does the customer need to install an app?

No. The menu works directly in the phone's browser; the 3D/AR view opens natively through Scene Viewer (Android) or AR Quick Look (iOS), with no installation at all. Source: editorial

### Why a one-time price and not a monthly subscription?

It's a deliberate decision — a subscription turns a simple sale into a monthly negotiation and gives the client a recurring reason to cancel. We prefer a clean sale, with 12 months of hosting included. Source: editorial

### What happens after the first year?

Either you extend hosting/maintenance, or you export the whole menu and move it to your own server, with no exit costs. Source: editorial

### Are the 3D models generic renders, or my actual dishes?

They're your real dishes, captured through photogrammetry (60-100 photos per plate) — not generic models from a library. Source: editorial

### Why do I need a nutritional profile, not just a 3D menu?

Displaying allergens per dish is a legal obligation (Reg. 1169/2011), not a nice-to-have. Building it into the menu also handles compliance, not just the visual side. Source: editorial

### Can the NFC card filter out bad reviews?

We don't build that in on purpose — Google has been actively penalizing review 'gating' since April 2026. The card sends every customer down the same path, toward the real review. Source: editorial

### How much does a simple digital menu cost (QR only, no 3D)?

We sell a branded platform + compliance + 3D, not a basic QR menu.

### What is the difference between a regular digital menu and a 3D menu?

A digital menu replaces paper with a screen — text and photos, as before. A 3D menu adds a three-dimensional model of the dish, viewable in augmented reality straight from the browser, so you can see the portion before you order.
